摘要 目的用固定化葡萄糖氧化酶制备葡萄糖酸钙。方法将葡萄糖氧化酶和过氧化氢酶共价固定到经戊二醛预处理的壳聚糖上,用所得固定化酶催化葡萄糖转化为葡萄糖酸钙。结果固定化葡萄糖氧化酶和过氧化氢酶的回收率分别为86.9%和54.3%;反复用该固定化酶制备葡萄糖酸钙4次后,其酶活性还分别剩余26.5%和21%。结论用固定化酶法制备葡萄糖酸钙,可提高产品纯度,降低成本。 Objective To prepare calcium gluconate by using immobilized glucose oxidase. Methods The glucose oxidase (GOD) and catalase (CAT) were covalently immobilized on glutaraldehyde-pretreated chitosan. The immobilized glucose oxidase (IGOD) and the immobilized catalase (ICAT) were used to catalyze the production of calcium gluconate. Results The recoveries for the IGOD and the ICAT were 86.9% and 54.3%, respectively. The activity of IGOD and ICAT remained 26.5% and 21%, respectively, after repeated usage for 4 times. Conclusion The purity of calcium gluconate prepared by using immobilized glucose oxidase can be higher and the production cost can be lower.
