摘要
在转型期,社会认可偏颇、经费来源偏差及院校自身发展偏误给高职教育带来严重不公,推进高等职业教育公平的意义显得重大而深远。解决高职教育不公问题是一个渐进过程,高职院校必须探索自我缓解的新对策:继承传统,重塑形象,缓解社会认可不公;创新机制,开源节流,缓解资源分配不公;明确定位,办出特色,缓解求学过程不公。
In the transitional period of China,three factors like social approval bias,lack of funds and errors in self-development lead to the inequity of higher vocational education.It is important and meaningful to promote the fairness of higher vocational education.As it is a gradual process to solve the inequity problem of higher vocational education,higher vocational schools should come up with new self-relief countermeasures,such as inheriting the tradition and reshaping the self-image so as to reduce the social approval bias,innovating the mechanism and increasing income and reducing expenditure so as to ease the inequitable distribution of resources,making clear the positions and running schools with special features so as to alleviate the inequity in the study process.
