高职《女大学生素养课堂》外的思考

Reflections Outside Female Students Accomplishments Class in Vocational Colleges

高职院校不少女大学生有挫败感,对专业缺乏清晰的认识和定位,对自己也缺乏了解,缺乏自信。传统文化的观念又削弱了女大学生追求自我和实现自我价值的动机。在以女生为主的专业群中,开设《女大学生素养课堂》进行相关内容的教育,并开展一系列的调查,分析现状,提出对策,对提升女大学生素养具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。

Many female students in vocational colleges have a deep sense of frustration. They lack of clear understanding and positioning of their specialty, the proper understanding of themselves as well as the self-con- fidence. The concept of traditional culture also weakens their motivation of pursuing self and achieving self- value. In specialty group mainly based on female students, to start Female Students Accomplishments Class, to carry out a series of investigation, to analyze the present condition and to put forward corresponding measures are of great theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of female students＇ accomplishments.
