摘要
城市教育优先发展战略强化了城乡教育发展的不平衡,成都统筹城乡教育发展以城乡教育统筹发展的路径选择为切入点,率先摒弃长期推行城市偏向的体制机制安排。通过名校集团、城乡互动发展联盟、城乡学校结对、师徒牵手、教育信息化建设、师资队伍均衡配置六大路径,纵深推进,立体覆盖,迅速提升灾后全市教育整体水平,同时也起到了探索统筹城乡教育发展的制度安排与体制选择投石问路的作用。
The strategy of giving priority to the development of urban education strengthens the imbalance in education between urban and rural areas. Chengdu abandons the longterm priority on urban education and instead,it starts with the path selection of the joint development of the urban and rural education.With the help of six main paths,including the establishment of group of famous universities,the joint develop- ment of urban and rural areas,the cooperation between the schools in each area, the teamwork between teachers and students,and the balanced allocation in schooling, Chengdu improves the whole level of education after the earthquake.At the same time,it also plays an exploratory role in the exploration of the system arrangement and selection of the joint developmem of urban and rural education.
