摘要 教师作为教育者,首先应是一名学习者,教师彼此就是最好的学习对象。目前教师之间的合作交流已大大加强,然而大多却是流于形式并未达到真正专业沟通、心灵碰撞、共同进步的目的。文章在对互惠式教师学习社群内涵的阐述上,分析了互惠式教师学习社群对教师专业发展、学生全面发展及学校"双赢"发展的作用,进而从加强教师认同感、校长参与社群建构、社群文化建设及激励机制建立的角度探讨了建构策略,以达到教师合作互惠的目的。 Teachers, as educators, should firstly be learners. Teachers should learn from each other. Although the cooperation and communication between teachers has greatly been strengthened,it doesn't achieve real professional communication,spiritual collision and the joint development. Based on the elaboration of the reciprocal type of teachers learning community, the paper analyzes the benefits of learning community to teacher's professional development, the all- round development of students and "win- win" development of school. In addition, the paper discusses the construction strategy from the perspective of strengthening teachers' sense of identity, motivating principals to get involved in community construction and community culture construction and establishment of incentive mechanism, in order to achieve the purpose of mutually beneficial cooperation between teachers.
