我国TDS教师教育模式现状、问题及改进——基于美国PDS发展学校的启示

The Current Situation,Problems and Improvements of TDS of China——Based on Development of School PDS of the U.S.

Teacher Development School(TDS)是以大学和中小学合作为基础的一种新型教师教育模式,是教师教育改革在思想与实践上的新探索。文章通过剖析TDS教师教育模式发展及存在的问题,在透视美国教师专业发展学校Professional Development School(PDS)优势的基础上,对我国TDS教师教育模式的改进提出以下思路:改革合作方式,转变教育理念;改变传统观念,转变教师角色;理论与实践相结合,关注对实习生的培训。

As a new mode of teacher education, TDS （Teacher Development School） is a new exploration in teaching concept and practice based on the cooperation between universities and elementary and secondary schools. This paper analyzes TDS＇ development and the existing problems.In addition,it analyzes the advantages of PDS in the U.S. and then proposes the following ideas for the improvement of TDS in Chi- na：reforming the ways of cooperation, changing education philosophy,changing the traditional education concept and the role of teachers,inte- grating theory and practice,and focusing on the training of interns.
