摘要
人才培养是高校三大职能之一,主要通过学科教育和学生教育管理两个重要途径和手段来实现。长期以来,这两大板块的工作都存在"教管分离,工作各自为政和难以整合形成合力"的现象。当前,教育情势与背景发生了深刻变化,高等教育改革也在不断推向纵深,从目标、任务和协同的途径与手段等方面探讨学科教育和学生管理的整合机制与体制,对克服教育管理过程中的一些瓶颈问题、提升高校人才培养的效率与质量具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
Talent training, as one of the three main functions of colleges, is mainly achieved through subject education and student management. Over the years,the fact is that the two parts are functioning independently and hard to get integrated. Currently,education has undergone profound changes,and higher education reform has been further promoted. To probe integration of subject education and student management from the perspective of objects, tasks and ways of coordination is of great theoretical values and practical significance to overcome some bottleneck problems in education and management and eventually to promote efficiency and quality of talent training.
