摘要
当前我国房地产供求关系表现为在总量和结构方面的非均衡。我们应对当前房地产市场非均衡运行的原因进行深入研究,研究建立一套非均衡条件下房地产市场的调节机制,引导房地产市场的健康有序发展。
The present supply - demand relations of our real estate market have shown disequilibrium in volume and structure. We should analyze the causes of the disequilibrium and establish a set of adjustment mechanism to guide the healthy and orderly growth of the real estate industry.
