摘要
目前,企业招聘中人岗不匹配问题日益突出。其主要表现在企业对招聘的员工不满意、员工对岗位缺乏积极性和热情、人才流失问题日益严重等方面。为此,我们应采取企业做好岗位的工作分析并注重对应聘者内在要素的考核,应聘者做好职业规划、加强岗位探索、认真考量企业的价值观等策略解决招聘中的人岗不匹配问题。
At present, the problem of the mismatch of the employees and the positions is more and more obvious. The problem is mainly manifested in the dissatisfaction of the enterprise with the employee, the employee' slack of enthusiasm to the position, more serious brain - drain, etc. Therefore, to solve the problem, the enterprise should do well in the job analyses, and pay more attention to the assessment of the employee' s internal quality. Onthe other hand, the interviewee makes good career planning, strengthen the exploration of the post, and understand more about the values of the enterprise.
