本文分析和探讨了以高职教育“双证制”为教学考核重点的通用管理能力训练课程建设问题，提出如何采用行之有效的教学方法使通用管理能力训练课程与时代特征相适应，使我们的学生与未来职场的要求相适应，提高本专业教学水平相应的建议。
