摘要
中国影视作品盗播现象屡禁不止，随着网络的发展，盗播现象呈现多种形式，对中国影视产业发展产生巨大的危害。本文将针对这一现象，分析其存在的危害，产生的原因，并提出相应的建议。
Piracy of movies and TV plays in China has been a serious problem. With spreading of network, this phenomenon has developed different kinds of existanee and done great harm to development of movie and TV industry in China. harm and causes of piracy are analysed, and suggestions are put forward.
