摘要
阐述了医院人文关怀的基本理念,分析了人文关怀缺失既有医院内部因素也有来自社会各个系统和层面的外部原因。指出实施人文关怀必须从宏观出发,从整个社会出发,拓宽人文关怀的多元路径。
It expounded the basic concept of hospital humane care,analyzed the reasons of lack of humane care not only including the hospital internal factors but also external factors of all social systems and levels.And it pointed out that the implementation of the humane care must start from macro and the whole society so as to broaden the multiple paths of the humane care.
