Nursing care of nonunion patients treated with extracorporeal shock wave

摘要 骨不连是骨科常见的并发症之一,严重影响病人的生活质量,以往的治疗手段主要是采用切开内固定及植骨治疗,虽然疗效确切,但需要开放手术且存在很多并发症。20世纪90年代人们发现，故体外冲击波（extracorporeal shock wave，ESW）有刺激成骨作用将其应用于治疗骨不连。2002年5月2009年5月我院应用ESW治疗骨不连25例，取得了较好的疗效，现将护理报告如下。
