摘要 目的:观察玻璃纤维桩树脂核在口腔临床修复中的应用效果。方法:选择2007年9月至2010年11月口腔科门诊治疗的92例患者106颗残根、残冠患牙,采用玻璃纤维桩加双固化树脂塑核结合烤瓷冠修复,并进行疗效观察。结果:经过6个月~2年的随访观察,92例患者106颗残根、残冠修复后失败6颗,成功100颗,成功率为94.34%。结论:玻璃纤维桩作为一种新型的桩核修复材料,具有良好的物理机械性和组织生物相容性等优势,只要适应证选择合适,操作得当,临床修复效果满意。 Objective:To observe the application effect of glass fiber resin post and core, as a new dental restorative material, in the clinical practice. Method: 106 residual roots or residual crowns in 92 patients between September 2007 and November 2010 were chosen to use glass fiber resin post and core combined with procera allceram with a repairing result observation conducted during the same period. Result: A 6-month-to-2-year follow-up showed good restorative results of the 106 residual roots or residual crowns in 92 patients, among which,6 were failure, 100 were well restored (the rate of success:94.34% ). Conclusion: Glassfiber reinforced composite resin post, being of such advantages in good physical and mechanical properties and good histocompatibility, is getting widely applied in clinic. So long as a suitable tooth is chosen, and operation is properly done, there must be a satisfactory clinical result.
