目的:建立以薄层色谱法鉴别蛇床苦参洗剂中蛇床子、黄柏、大青叶的方法。方法:薄层板为以羧甲基纤维素钠为粘合剂的硅胶G薄层板,检测方法为用展开剂展开后晾干或置于365 nm的紫外灯下检视。结果:供试品色谱中,在与对照品相应的位置显示相同颜色的(荧光)斑点。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于蛇床苦参洗剂的定性质量控制。

Objective： To establish a TLC （Thin Layer Chromatography） method to identify Cnidium, golden cypress and herba taching in the snake bed Kushen lotion. Methods： Silica gel G thin layer plate adhered by sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is used as adhesives. Methods： Dry after the use of developer or place under the 365nm UV lamp to view. Results： Among the tested products for chromatography, the corresponding position with the reference substance showed the same color （ fluorescent ） spots. Conclusion： This method is simple, sensitive and accurate for the snake bed Kuhseng lotion qualitative quality control.
