摘要
目的:对某医学院在校医学生开展针对阿尔茨海默病(AD)知识的健康教育,运用阿尔茨海默病知识测评量表(ADKS)评价健康教育前后学生对(AD)知识的掌握情况。方法:分层随机抽取在校医学生200名,开展关于阿尔茨海默病知识的健康教育干预措施,根据干预措施实施前后的测评得分,评价健康教育的效果。结果:采取健康教育的干预措施后,测评总分和各方面得分都有提高,除AD病程、AD评估和诊断知识得分培训前后差别无统计学意义外,ADKS总分及其5个方面干预前后得分差别均有统计学意义,培训后均高于培训前。结论:有针对性地开展多种形式的健康教育,可使学生对阿尔茨海默病知识的掌握更加全面。学校有必要加强老年医学的相关知识教育,以应对老龄化社会的要求。
Objective : The aim of this study is to explore the level of Alzheimer' s Disease knowledge among medical college students using new Alzheimer' s Disease Knowledge Scale and to evaluate health education effects by before and after design. Methods: Two hundred medical college students were randomly selected. They were provided health education about Alzheimer' s Disease to evaluate health education effect. Results: After health education, total and every domains scores were all improved. Except AD course, AD assessment and diagnosis, before and after ADK total five domains were statistically significant. Conclusion: Alzheimer' s Disease Knowledge Scale can be used for medical college students to make them comprehensively understand Alzheimer' s Disease knowledge. It is of necessity to strengthen the knowledge of gerontology education in response to the arrival of an aging society.
