摘要
厘清经济增长要素的不同作用,对指导经济可持续发展具有重要意义。通过对经济增长各要素作用机理进行结构分析,并对其进行实证检验,可以得出禀赋资源和劳动者是经济增长的决定要素,资本则倾向于是一个生产技术管理问题,并且随着人类智慧和财富的不断丰富,资本的作用会逐渐减弱。财富持续增长的根本在于保护和充分利用资源,激励劳动者劳动付出和增加劳动者智慧。
It is of great significance to clarify the different roles of ecoonmic growth factors for guiding the sustainable economic development. Through structural analysis and the empirical test of the mechanism factors of economic growth, it can be concluded that endowments resources and labor are the determinants of economic growth, while capital tends to be a production and technology management issue, and with the human wisdom and wealth continuously enriched, the role of capital will gradually diminish. The continuous growth of wealth lies in protection and full usage of resources, incentive payment for the labor increase and labor＇s wisdom.
