加强综合管理对慢性肾脏病3～4期患者高尿酸血症的影响

Study on the effect of general management to decrease hyperuricemia of CKD patients with stage 3 and 4

目的通过加强对慢性肾脏病3～4期患者的综合管理,以改善高尿酸血症的情况。方法选择北京友谊医院慢性肾脏病随访门诊规律随诊的患者65例,通过健康教育、营养管理、指标监测、用药指导等,加强对其的综合管理。结果在65例患者中,随访第0个月时,血尿酸的平均值为403.67±95.24μmol/L,通过6个月的综合管理,血尿酸的平均值下降为371.74±86.85μmol/L(P<0.05)。结论加强综合管理可以改善慢性肾脏病3～4期患者高尿酸血症的情况。

Objective To applicate general management to decrease hyperuricemia of CKD patients with stage 3 and 4. Methods Sixty five CKD patients with hyperuricemia was recruited in this research, intensify general management of these patients by health education,nutrition management.laboratory test and medication guide. Results In the 65 cases of patients, the average of uric acid in blood was 403.67 ±95.24 μmol/L at the 0th month of the research. But the average was decreased to 371.74 ± 86. 85 μmol/L,by general management in 6 months （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The hyperuricemia status of CKD patients with stage 3 and 4 was improved by general management.
