随着我国高等教育事业的现代化,对培养骨干体育教师队伍提出了新的要求。在分析高校骨干体育教师培养模式现状的基础上,提出高校骨干体育教师培养的方式以及实施要求,旨在为高校骨干体育教师培养提供可借鉴的范例。

With the modernization of China＇s higher education, there appear new requirements for the training of core physical education teachers. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of core physical education teachers ＂training mode, the paper suggests some measures and their enforcement requirements in terms of the teachers＇training mode so as to provide some references.
