摘要
卫生法学是一门新兴交叉学科,是研究与人体生命健康相关的法律规范的科学。从语意上理解,卫生法应该包括以防病治病为核心的医疗在内的涉及与健康有关的全部法律规范。从内容上看:主要包括疾病预防、公共卫生、医疗机构、医疗技术人员、医用产品(包括药品和器械)、医患关系、医学科学发展中的新问题等。医事法、医疗法都应该属于卫生法的一个部门。
Health law is kind of new interdisciline subject. It is law normative science that studies human body life and health. Health law should include whole legal norm that the core of preventing and curing disease, and related with health. It＇s main contents are： disease prevention, public health, medical institution, medical technicians, medical products（drugs and instruments）, doctor-patient relationship and new issue in medicine scientific development. Both medical affair and medical treatment law are a part of health law.
