摘要
以N,N′-二苄基乙二胺桥联两个半乳糖合成了新型糖配体N,N′-双-[2-O-(β-D-吡喃半乳糖基)苄基]乙二胺(L);L与金属盐反应制得4个新型糖-金属配合物——[ML]2+.2Cl-(1a^1d,M=Ni,Cu,Co,Zn),其结构经1HNMR,UV,IR和元素分析表征,1a和1c为八面体构型,1b和1d为四面体构型。
A new sugar ligand, N, N'-di [ 2-O-(β-D-galacotosyl) benzyl ] ethylenediamine ( L), was synthesized from two galactoses bridged by N,N'-di(benzyl) ethylenediamine. Four novel sugar-metal complexes, [ML]2+·2Cl-(1a - 1d, M = Ni, Cu, Co, Zn), were prepared by the reaction of L with metal-salt MCl2. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR, UV, IR and elemental analysis. The results showed that 1a and 1c were octahedral configuration, 1b and 1d were tetrahedral configuration.
