摘要
利用简便的方法合成3种新型的含硫脲及酚羟基的阴离子分子钳受体,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱考察了其对F-,C l-,Br-,I-,CH3COO-,HSO4-,H2PO4-和NO3-8种阴离子的识别作用。当加入F-,CH3COO-,H2PO4-时,溶液颜色由淡黄色变成橙黄色,分子吸收光谱也发生显著变化,而加入其它阴离子则无明显变化,从而实现对这3种阴离子的选择性识别。结果显示含酚羟基间苯二甲酰基硫脲钳形受体除含有4个酸性较强的硫脲N-H质子,还多了两个易于和阴离子形成氢键的酚羟基,因而使得其与阴离子的络合能力大大增强。且主客体间形成1∶1的络合物。
Three tweezer thiourea teceptors base bearing phenolic hydroxy were designed and synthe- sized. The binding properties of the receptors with anions such as F-, C1-, Br-, I-, CH3COO- ,HSO4 -, H2PO4 - and NO3 - in DMSO were investigated by UV-Vis. A clear color change was observed from light yellow to deep orange upon the addition of F-, CH3COO- and H2PO4 - to the solution of the receptors in DMSO. The results showed that the receptors had a better selectivity of F-, CH3COO - and H2PO4 -, but had no evi- dent binding with other anions. Results showed that tweezer thiourea receptors base bearing phenolic hydroxy has a stronger binding with anions because of two additional phenolic hydroxy The UV-Vis data indicate that a 1: 1 stoichiometry comp lexwas formed between the receptors and the anions.
