摘要
以丙烯酸乙酯(EA)为主单体,采用乳液聚合方法,利用丙烯酸甲酯(MA),丙烯腈(ACN)及少量交联单体,制备扯断强度高,扯断伸长率较好,耐油性好,抗紫外线优良,综合性能优异的丙烯酸酯橡胶。研究了单体的配方及聚合方法。结果表明:当三者的配比为90∶8∶2时,采用本研究所描述的聚合方法可得到物理及机械性能优良的丙烯酸酯橡胶。
By using EA as the main body , adopting the method of emulsion polymerization and utilizing methyl acrylate(MA), acrylonitrile (ACN) and a small quantity of cross linking units, acrylic rubber was made, which is of high stretching strength, good oil resistance, good properties of anti-ultraviolet rays and super comprehensive characteristics. The formulas and polymerization methods were studied. The results showed that when the ratio of the three is 90: 8: 2, the acrylic rubber of good properties both in physics and mechanics can be produced in the way of the production method discussed in this paper.
