摘要
南宁市应以政府收购二手房和新建廉租房相结合的供给模式为主,确保未来几年前者比例控制在73.32%以上,后者在26.68%以下。同时,政府还需加强经济适用房建设,以实现廉租房和经济适用房的配建,促进中等级住房向低等级过滤,并控制廉租房建设规模。此外,在廉租房房源不足情况下可适当采用市场提供房源供给模式。
These supply modes of purchasing the seCond-hand housing by the government and constructing new low-rent housing Shoukl be regarded as the main supply mode of low-rent housing in Nanning. And the government should ensure that the former supply model account for at least 73.32%, while the latter at most 26.68% in the subsequence yem's. At the same time. the government should enhance the constructions of the economical and applicable housing to lmost the cooperation between it and the low-rent housing, to promote the filter from the intermediate housing to the basic housing, while the government should control the construction scale of low- rent housing. Additionally, the government can adopt the supply mode of providing the housing sources by the markets with proper proportions when the housing sources are still insufficient.
