Based on the achievements of agricultural sci-tech park in Jilin province,this paper summarizes the importance and function of constructing the agricultural sci-tech park.According to the operation status and existing problems of agricultural sci-tech park,the paper discusses the direction of development and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
