摘要
分析了选择湿膜制作分级分段金手指的精度控制主要因素,通过对工艺参数、菲林尺寸补偿控制及对位精度的研究,建立了工艺规范和控制计划,提高了分级分段金手指尺寸精度。
This paper studied the main factors of precision control for stratthed or subsectlonal gola nngers through process parameters, film size compensation and registration, established process specification and control plan, and improved the precision of stratified or subsectional gold fingers.
