空压机能量回收技术应用研究

摘要 空压机是工业领域必不可少的主要辅助生产设备之一,是电能消耗"大户",但真正由电能转换成压缩空气的能量不足30%,期间大量的电能转换成"无价值"的热能被浪费,对环境造成严重的"温室效应"污染。然而节能减排、低碳循环经济已经逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。分析空压机原理,发现大量电能转化成热能由冷却油及压缩空气带走,目前传统方式用的是自然风加抽风机进行冷却,冷却后的风排入大气,造成能量的大量浪费,同时对设备的冷却效果并不佳,利用新型工艺技术改进,由风冷冷改用水冷,实现75%以上的热能回收利用。 Compressor is one of the main auxiliary equipment in modem factories, and is a large power consumption. However, only 30% power is utilized. Value of the energy is wasted and caused global warming pollution. Today, energy conservation, low-carbon cycle of the economy has gradually become the focus of attention. Analysis of the air compressor, we discovered that power changed into heat and was taken away by the cooling oil and compression air. Now it is the traditional way using natural wind plus exhaust fan for cooling, and the cooling the air was discharged into the atmosphere, resulting in substantial waste of energy, while the cooling effect of the equipment is poor. Through the new process implemented by the wind use cold water, it can achieve 75% of heat recycling.
