摘要
利用AMESim和Matlab/Simulink的各自特点,以电液伺服阀闭环PID控制的注射机合模液压系统为研究对象,建立了液压系统的动态模型。再利用遗传算法对PID控制参数进行了整定。同时分析了开环比例控制和闭环比例控制的注射机合模液压系统。结果表明:PID闭环控制的注射机合模液压伺服系统具有较好的响应速度、稳定性与精度。
Based on AMESim and Matlab / Simulink their own characteristics, using the electrohydraulic servo valve closed-loop PID controlled mould closing hydraulic system of injection molding machine as a research object, we establish a dynamic model of hydraulic system. Then use genetic algorithms for tuning of PID control parameters. We also analyze the open-loop proportional control and closed-loop proportional control of mould closing hydraulic system of injection molding machine. The results show that: PID closed-loop controlled mould closing hydraulic servo system of injection mold machines has good response speed, stability and accuracy.
