摘要
通过某城市污水处理厂曝气系统技术改造中鼓风机、微孔曝气器、针阀、在线监控仪表及自控系统等的应用,分析了技改前后处理水量、出水水质、工艺效果及能耗等各项生产技术指标。实际应用结果表明:曝气系统技术改造后,在实现工艺稳定运行、达标排放的同时,提高了污水厂的处理能力和效率,降低污水处理能耗,节约生产运营成本,取得较理想的处理效能。
Through the application of technical transformation of aerating system on blower-aerating,micropore aerator,needle valve,on-line monitoring device and automatic control system in a municipal WWTP,various production technology index including the nominal flows,effluent quality,the availability of new technology and energy comsumption etc.before and after the technical transformation were analyzed.Pratical application indicated that the technical transformation on aerating system tremendously improved the stable operation of technology,standard emissions,sewage treatment capacity and efficiency,lowered energy comsumption,and saved operating costs.
