对屏蔽泵在实际生产中遇到的故障:泵体高温、电机故障、泵振动杂音,进行故障分析。根据生产中遇到的实际问题,指出屏蔽泵操作要点。同时,在装置正常生产中,我们要分析设备出现故障的原因并控制检修质量。只有屏蔽泵长周期运行,才能保证生产装置的平稳生产。

Shielding pump failures in the actual production included heat pump,electrical failure,pump noise vibration,and failure operation analysis.According to the practical problems encountered in the production,shielding pump operating points were proposed.Meanwhile,in the normal production of the device,the reasons for equipment failure should be analyzed and maintenance quality should be controlled.It showed only long-term running shield pump can ensure a smooth production plant.
