高能电子束放射治疗的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 高能电子束是现代放射治疗中一种重要的治疗形式,为浅表的和偏心的肿瘤提供了一个特殊的治疗选项。从20世纪50年代初期,电子束就已经被用于放射治疗,并在70年代随着医用电子直线加速器的推广和应用得到了很大的发展,其疗效也得到了肯定。尤其在近几十年来,随着放射物理学、放射生物学、临床肿瘤学和医学影像学的发展,放射治疗技术领域发生了巨大的变革。
