Qualitative Analysis on Chemical Components for Roots of Pileostegia viburnoides

目的:对柔毛冠盖藤根茎中化学成分进行定性鉴别分析。方法:分别对冠盖藤根茎水提取液、乙醇提取液、石油醚提取液进行化学成分系统预试验。结果:经过预试验,初步判断柔毛冠盖藤根茎中含有黄酮类、有机酸、糖苷类、挥发油及油脂等成分。结论:柔毛冠盖藤根茎中含有多种类型的化学成分,具有进一步研究和开发的潜在价值。

Objective： To analyse the chemical components for roots of Pileostegia viburnoides qualitatively. Methods： The chemical components from water extract, ethanol extract, petroleum ether extract of roots of Pileostegia viburnoides were identified respectively by the system preparative tests. Results： After a preliminary test, the initial judgment about the root of Pileostegia viburnoides is consisted of flavone, organic acids, amino acids, volatile oil and grease. Conclusion： The root of Pileostegia viburnoides conrains many types of chemical composition, with further research and development potential value.
