摘要
采用复合脱氮剂对抚顺页岩蜡油(页岩油经糠醛萃取后的抽余油)进行脱氮处理,考察了脱氮剂和剂油体积比对页岩蜡油脱氮效果的影响。结果表明:在剂油体积比为0.15时,脱氮后页岩蜡油的碱性氮质量分数和总氮质量分数分别降低了91.0%和41.3%。考察了催化裂化对脱氮后页岩蜡油的凝点及产品分布的影响,结果表明:页岩蜡油催化裂化后的产品凝点大幅度下降,由25℃降到8℃,汽油收率提高了10.48%,柴油收率提高了4.83%,轻质油收率﹑液体收率分别提高了15%和6%,产品分布明显改善。
Denitrification of shale gas oil was carried out by using a complex agent and the effects of denitrification agent and the ratio of agent to oil on removal efficiency were investigated. The results showed that the mass fraction of basic and total N compounds decreased by 97.1% and 41. 3% at the agent to oil ratio of 0. 15 respectively. The effects of the FCC on the condensation point and product distribution of shale gas oil after denitrification refining were studied. The results show that condensation point of product is lowered dramatically from 25 ℃ to 8℃ ; the yields of gasoline and diesel oil increased by 10.48 % and 4.83 %, the yields of light oil and total liquid increased by 15 % and 6% respectively. Therefore, product quality has been obviously improved.
