摘要 随着大型石油储备库的建设,储罐的安装要求越来越高。以1.0×105 m3原油储罐为例,对大型油罐的底板安装技术进行了初步探讨,从定位划线、中幅板铺设、底板铺设的技术要求、T角缝焊接、龟角缝的组对焊接及影响因素等几个方面,详细叙述了高标准低消耗地安装大型原油储罐底板的方法。对罐底组装顺序进行了创新,可做到无需重起走廊板,保证走廊板依次铺设的精度,实现走廊板一次定位、一次焊接成型。整个过程采用国内成熟的施工工艺,确保高质高效地完成施工任务。 With the construction of large oil storage tank farm, the requirements of the tank installation are stricter. To 1.0×10^5m^3 of crude oil storage tank as an example, the installation technology of tank bottom was introduced and discussed. The installation technology of tank bottom was described in detail under the standard of high standards and low consumption, such as positioning, center plate laying, technical requirements of tank bottom laying, T--fillet welding, the welding to influencing factors of annular to mediate joint. In order to ensure the accuracy of the corridor lay board, assembly sequence of the tank bottom was innovated. The corridor board was used only one time. To achieve the positioning of the corridor lay and welding in one time, the whole process of construction use the domestic mature technology to ensure that the construction tasks are completed with high quality and efficienty.
