摘要
目的探讨社区健康教育对2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法对80例2型糖尿病患者采用常规治疗(对照组)和社区健康教育加常规治疗(实验组),6个月后观察两组在空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖的变化。结果实验组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区健康教育对2型糖尿病的血糖控制有较大提高。
Objective To explores the effect of community health education on patients with type 2 diabetic. Meth- ods In two groups of type 2 diabetic patients in the study, control group received conventional treatments, experiment group re- ceived community health education plus conventional treatments, six month later observed the change in fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose. Results There Were obvious difference in fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose be- tween control group and expefirrlental group~ （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Community health education may improve treatment effect on type 2 diabetic pa/ients.
