Deep Vein Catheterization in Elderly Patients Application

目的评价深静脉穿刺置管术在老年患者中的应用价值;观察深静脉置管术的并发症及相应处理对策;比较锁骨下静脉和股静脉2种置管术的优缺点。方法共368例患者,采用Arrow公司的中心静脉导管,选择锁骨下静脉和股静脉置管。结果置管成功率为97.86%,并发症发生率为16.97%;锁骨下静脉置管术和股静脉置管术成功率和并发症发生率差异无统计学意义。结论深静脉置管术安全、可靠,可减轻患者痛苦,尤其适合在老年危重患者中开展;锁骨下静脉置管和股静脉置管各有优缺点,而后者更加安全。

Objective To evaluate the deep venous catheterization in elderly patients value; observation of deep venous catheter complications and appropriate treatment strategies; more subclavian vein and femoral vein catheterization two kinds of advantages and disadvantages. Methods 368 patients, the use of Arrow＇s central venous catheter, select the subclavian vein and femoral vein catheter. Results of catheter success rate of 97. 86%, complication rate was 16. 97% ; subclavian vein cathe- ter and femoral vein catheterization success rate and complication rate was no significant difference. Conclusion deep venous catheter is safe, reliable, reduce patient pain, especially for the elderly critically ill patients to carry out; subclavian vein cath- eter and femoral vein catheter advantages and disadvantages, and the latter more secure.
