摘要 研究者在充分吸收、消化已有学习理论,特别是吸收和消化现代认知学习理论和建构主义学习理论的基础上,从一个新的视角将学习解读为自我经验的投资。所谓自我经验的投资,就是学习者在学习中不仅要积累自我经验,而且要不断将自我经验投资到新的学习情境(市场)去赚取更多的自我经验。在这个过程中学习者不仅要充分利用个体已有的经验,而且要善于利用群体经验,不仅要注重个体新旧经验反复的双向作用,而且要善于将自己的经验不断地投资到群体经验当中使自我经验不断增值,从而使经验获得最大化的效益。教学就是帮助学生有效地将个体经验投资出去赚取更多的经验和智慧,同时帮助学生选择投资的环境、评估投资的市场和回报价值以及如何对投资风险进行规避。 This paper re-explaines learning from a new angel. On the foundation of fully digesting and absorbing past theories of learning, especially the modern cognitive-studied theory and the eonstructivism learning theory, the author interprets learning as an investment in self-experience. What we call the investment in self-experience is that the learners not only accumulate self-experience in learning process, but also invest self-experince in new learning situations (markeO continually to get more. In the process, the learners not only use past self-experience fully but also make the best use of group-experience, not only pay attention to the repetitious double-direction effection between the new and old self-experi- ence, but also invest self-experience in group-experience constantly to get continuous increment, thus to maximize the benefit of experience. The aim of teaching is to help students invest self-experience to get more experience and wisdom effec- tively, at the same time, to help students choose investment environment, assess investment market and value rewards, and how to evade investment risk.
