摘要
面对数字出版大潮,编辑需着重培养自身的信息感知能力、选题策划能力、沟通协调能力、学习研究能力。同时,需加强市场意识、创新意识、版权意识、服务意识的培养,以适应出版行业数字化发展的需要。
Facing the tide of digital publishing industry, editors should focus on training their own perception of informarion, the ability of topic planning, communication skills and the skills of study and research. At the same time, we should strengthen the market awareness, the sense of innovation and the sense of copyrights, and train the service awareness in order to adapt to the needs of development.
