摘要
目的探讨颅脑损伤合并视神经损伤的临床特点,减少漏诊,提高早期诊断率。方法选择2010年6月—2011年6月收治的47例外伤性动眼神经损伤患者进行分析。结果 28例得到早期诊断和治疗,其余19例均存在不同程度的漏诊。结论急性重型颅脑损伤所合并的视神经损伤极易被漏诊、误诊,掌握其观察要领及进行必要的影像学检查、电生理学检查是提高诊断率的重要手段。
Objective To investigate brain injury with clinical features of optic nerve damage,reduce misdiagnosis and improve early diagnosis.Methods June 2010 June 2011 were treated 47 cases of traumatic nerve injury were analyzed.Results 28 cases were early diagnosis and treatment,the remaining 19 cases were varying degrees of misdiagnosis.Conclusion Acute severe brain injury by optic nerve damage can easily be combined misdiagnosis and grasp the essentials and observe the necessary imaging studies,electrophysiological examination is an important means to improve the diagnosis rate.
