白癜风(vitiligo)为常见的后天性色素脱失性皮肤黏膜疾病,近年来发病率有上升趋势。其发病病因及机制上无定论,白癜风西医、传统医药物治疗在各个医学理论指导下各有其特点。本文就以上方面现状进行阐述,为白癜风的药物治疗提供新的思路。

Objective： Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmentational mucosal disease, incidence rate has been rising recently. The etiological facter and mechanism has no final conclusion. Western Medicine and Traditional Medicine＇ s Medication of Vitiligo shows its own characteristic under the guide of their medical theory. We focused on these factors to expound the current status of medication , to offer new thread to the medication of Vitiligo.
