The Basic Components of China's Primary Stage of Socialism Harmonious Culture and Its Construction Approach

社会主义初级阶段和谐文化,包括马克思主义的生态观、社会主义国家人际关系的和谐与发展、社会主义国家处理国际关系的准则等三个方面。它的构建包括充分发挥社会主义核心价值体系的主导功能;以人为本,对中外文化加以整合,实现古为今用、洋为中用;以多种形式为载体,加强全民思想教化,培育文明道德风尚等三条途径。

Harmonious culture at the primary stage of socialism consists of three aspects： ecological concept of Marxist,harmony and development of interpersonal relationship in socialist countries,and standard of handling international relations in socialist countries,whose value orientation is advocating harmony and pursuing harmony.The construction of socialist harmonious culture has three methods： we should give full play of the dominant role of the socialist core value system.We should make the past serve the present,and foreign things serve China,with the attitude of people-oriented and sino-foreign cultural integration.We should strengthen the national ideological education and fostering civilized morality with various forms.
