摘要
目前,我国中小企业数量占全国企业总数的99%以上,中小企业在我国经济发展中的作用越来越大。然而,中小企业由于自身技术能力有限,资金实力不足等因素,很难把企业做大做强。而电子商务为中小企业打开了一个全新领域,它以其覆盖范围广、低成本、高收益、效果直观等明显优势,为中小企业的发展提供了新机遇。
Nowadays,the number of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) accounts for more than 99% of the total enterprises and plays an increasingly important role in economic development.However,SMEs have great difficulty expanding the business due to its limited technological and financial strength.The appearance of E-commerce offered a new opportunity for them with such advantages the significance of E-commerce in SMEs and existing problems,and suggests a change so that the SMEs can take full advantage of the mode of E-commerce to further develop.
