摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT泌尿系统成像的技术及临床应用价值。方法对45例疑有泌尿系统疾病进行MSCTU检查,研究其临床应用价值。结果MSCTU检查通过所得IVP传统图像、CT轴位图像和多方位、多角度旋转图像相结合,对泌尿系统疾病的诊断有很好的敏感性和准确性。结论多种重建技术联合应用的MSCTU技术明显优于传统IVP检查,MSCTU的快速薄层容积扫描及多种重建技术对泌尿系统疾病的诊断具有极好的敏感性和特异性。 Objective To explore the imaging technique of muhislice CT in urinary system and the value of its clinical applications. Methods The 45 cases, that were suspected of urinary system disease, were examined with MSCTU; and studied the clinical application value of MSCTU. Result The IVP traditional images, CT shaft bit image and multi-aspect, multi-angle rotating images from MSCTU checking, had very good sensitivity and accuracy to the diagnosis of urinary system disease. Conclusion Multifarious reconstruction techniques combining with the application MSCTU technology is obviously better than traditional IVP. The MSCTU rapid thin layer volume scanning combining with multifarious reconstruction techniques has an unex- ceptionable sensitivity and specitlcitv for the diamaosis of urinarv svstem di~
