目的探讨手术室骨科专科护士职业暴露的风险管理与防护。方法采集2009年1月一2009年12月480例骨科关节置换手术护士职业暴露的例数，进行风险因素评估，制定护理对策，预警干预手术室护士职业暴露的发生。结果通过对480例骨科关节置换手术骨科专科护士职业暴露发生例数分析，其中对照组发生职业暴露22例，职业暴露发生率为8．8％；干预组5例，职业暴露发生率为2．2％，两组问的差异有极显著性（尸〈o．01）。结论通过风险因素评估，干预手术室护士职业暴露的发生，降低手术护士职业暴露发生率。

Objective To explore the risk-factor management and precaution methods of occupational exposure of the operating theater nurse. Methods Collected the occupational-exposure cases from 480 cases with orthopaedic joint arthroplasty. Evaluated their risk factors, and made some nursing countermeasures, then used some precaution intervention to prevent the exposure occurrence. Results Analyzed the occupational-exposure cases from 480 cases with orthopaedic joint arthroplasty; there were 22 occupational exposure cases in the control group, the occupational exposure rate was 8.8%; there were 5 occupational exposure cases in the intervention group, the occupational exposure rate wass 2.2%; there was a very significant difference between this two groups（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Analyzing the risk factors of occupational exposure, then intervening with precaution, can reduce the occupational exposure rate.
