摘要
建立了空间分度凸轮的从动滚子中心线轨迹方程,利用Pro/Engineer软件提供的"方程式"和"加厚"功能,生成凸轮的理论廓线,实现了空间分度凸轮的三维数字化精确建模。采用Pro/NC模块的4轴轨迹加工方式对凸轮沟槽进行数控加工与模拟,提高了空间分度凸轮数控加工的精度和效率。
The centerline trajectory equations of the rotation axis of spatial indexing cam follower roller are established,the theoretical contour curves are obtained by using "from equation" and "thicken" tool of Pro/E software.The three dimensional digitization precise modeling of spatial indexing cam is finished.The machining and simulation of the spatial indexing cam groove is carried out by using the four-axis trajectory machining schema in Pro/NC module.The efficiency and accuracy of the manufacture is improved.
