摘要
我国高职院校"双师素质"教师队伍建设虽已取得较大成就,但从政策制度制定、完善和执行层面来看,政府、企业和学校均还存在一定的问题,解决这些问题的策略是完善教师资格认定和职称评定制度,强化行业的社会责任,制定有效的教师终身培训和激励制度,逐步形成"双师素质"教师培养制度保障体系。
The construction of "dual-qualification" teaching staff has achieved a great deal in higher vocational colleges. However, problems also exist in policies' making, completion and execution among government, enterprises and colleges. The strategies for solving these problems are: maturate recognition of teachers' qualifications and evaluation of their profes- sional tides, strengthen industries' social responsibilities and generate effective lifelong training system and incentive system for teachers, and gradually form institutional assurance system for cultivation of "dual-qualification" teachers.
