摘要
印度具有包括专科、本科和研究生在内及涉及多样化学科门类的完善的技术教育体系。为确保教育质量,印度技术教育形成了以产出为导向的严格的认证制度,其认证指标体系对于不同层次技术教育提出了不同的要求,专科更加重视教学过程,本科和研究生技术教育对于科研和组织与管理的要求更高。借鉴印度的经验,我国应开展多样化的高等教育认证与评估,促进本科及以上层次技术教育的发展。
India has built perfect technical education system that involves various diploma levels and includes diversified subjects, and it also has formed the output-orlented strict accreditation system. The accreditation index put forward different requirements for technical education of different levels, and the associate diploma pays more attention to teaching process, and the bachelor and master technical education have higher demand for scientific research and organization management. Referring the experiences of India, China should deploy different accreditation for different higher education institutions, and enhance the development of technical education of bachelor diploma and the above level.
