摘要
基于振动可视化技术与系统级故障诊断理论,提出复杂机械系统故障诊断方法.对于复杂机械设备的振动信号,通过振动可视化技术补充和完善常规监测手段振动信息,同步反映设备多测点在时间和频率上的变化;利用局域波时频分析法处理不同测点振动信号所包含的特征信息,作为系统级故障诊断模型的输入量.首先以功能简单的运动部件为对象研究可视化技术应用的可行性;对复杂机械系统以多通道振动信号分析结果作为输入量,将其应用于系统级故障诊断,建立测试图与诊断图,并利用集团算法求解故障源位置信息.应用结果表明,基于振动可视化技术的机械系统级故障诊断方法能够有效地简化复杂机械系统故障源的确定过程.
Based on the vibration visualization technique and system-level fault diagnosis theory,a new fault diagnosis method is presented for complicated machinery system.Firstly,the vibration signal is enriched all-sidedly by vibration visualization technique.Since the vibration signal contains plenty of time-frequency message,which varies from the obtaining point according to the machine construction,it can be used for the input of the system-level diagnosis model.Secondly,the analysis result of the multi-channel vibration signal by local wave method is set as the input,and the prescribed system-level diagnosis model is brought in,before which the simply moving parts are set as the research object for the visualization technology application feasibility.In the specific diagnosis process,the test chart and the diagnosis chart are established orderly,as the result,the fault source is found out by group algorithm.The applied case illustrates that the fault diagnosis method based on vibration visualization and system-level model is effective in fault diagnosis for complicated machinery system.
