摘要
文章在Pro/E环境下建立了单级齿轮传动系统的实体模型,研究了软件的精度对实体建模精度的影响,并把模型导入虚拟样机软件ADAMS,建立单击齿轮传动系统的虚拟样机,然后研究实体模型精度对齿轮传动系统动力特性的影响。结果表明实体建模误差对齿轮动力学仿真产生了一定的影响,为利用虚拟样机进行齿轮系统动力学的精确仿真提供了依据。
In this paper,a 3D model of a single-stage gear transmission system is established based on Pro/E.The influence of software precision on the 3D model accuracy is analyzed.The 3D model data are converted to the virtual prototype software ADAMS to build the virtual prototype of the single-stage gear transmission system.And the influence of the 3D model accuracy on the dynamic properties of gear transmission system is studied.The simulation result indicates that the modeling error has a certain effect on gear dynamics simulation.This study provides a basis for accurate simulation of gear system dynamics by using virtual prototype.
