摘要 【目的】明确氟乐灵对棉花幼苗生长发育的影响,更加有效合理地使用氟乐灵。【方法】试验选择两种方式施用氟乐灵,进行盆栽试验。【结果】在相同药层厚度处理下,氟乐灵在4 cm药层以上,抑制侧根的增加和主根的生长,而在4 cm以下的根生长发育正常。不同浓度处理下,高浓度下抑制侧根的生长,对主根的干重、长度以及植株的鲜重影响较小。【结论】药层厚度和施药浓度对棉花生长均有影响,药层厚度对棉花幼苗的生长作用影响较大。 [Objective]The purpose of this project was to clarify the effects of Trifluralin applied methods on the growth and development of cotton seedlings in order to apply Trifluralin better and more reasongablly. [Method]Two applied methods were used in pot culture experiments.[Result]Trifluralin inhibited the multiplication of lateral roots and the growth of axial roots at the layer of above 4 cm,but the roots grew normally below 4 cm of Trifluralin layers.As to different applying densities,high density inhibited the growth of lateral roots,affecting less on dry weight,length of axial roots and fresh weight.[Conclusion]Both of the layer thickness and densities of Trifluralin had effects on the growth and development of cotton seedings.
